Weather and Distance
Six photographs
Weather and Distance follows how landscape is encountered through separation: a figure beneath changing sky, a mountain held far across open ground, countryside seen in passing, a playground and harbour seat arranged for looking, and a city compressed by rain. The sequence treats distance and viewpoint as part of the photograph rather than something to overcome.
